1. Orders & Payment
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse our curated collections, select your artwork, choose the size and print options, and add it to your cart. Complete the checkout using your preferred payment method.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Pay for fast and secure checkout.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Once production has started, we cannot modify or cancel printed orders. Contact us immediately if your order hasn’t entered production yet.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship worldwide! Your artwork is printed and dispatched from the facility closest to your location for faster delivery and reduced shipping costs.
Q: How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes! You’ll get an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Q: Are there customs fees or import taxes?
A: International shipments may be subject to duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Q: How is the artwork packaged?
A: Prints are shipped rolled in durable tubes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, ready to frame.
Q: What if I enter the wrong shipping address?
A: Double-check your address at checkout. Once your order is dispatched, we cannot reroute it, and incorrect addresses may cause delays or extra fees.
3. Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return a printed artwork?
A: Because all printed artworks are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or refunds once production begins.
Q: What about digital downloads?
A: Digital downloads are non-refundable due to instant access upon purchase.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
A: Contact us within 7 days at support@decostag.com with photos. We’ll review your case and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.
Q: Are there any non-returnable items?
A: Yes. The following are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect:

Q: How does the EU 14-day cooling-off period affect my order?
A: Made-to-order artworks are considered custom products under EU law, so the 14-day cancellation period does not apply. Digital downloads are also exempt once download has started.
4. Artwork & Collections
Q: Are your prints original or licensed?
A: All prints are curated from independent artists or properly licensed. Each piece is professionally produced and unique.
Q: How do I choose the right size for my space?
A: Dimensions are listed on each product. Use a tape measure or painter’s tape on your wall to visualize placement before ordering.
Q: Can I request custom artwork?
